Neat, compliant installations

Commercial work gets inspected by landlords, insurers and fire officers, so it has to be right and look right. Fire alarm circuits run in fire-resistant cable, containment is properly supported, and every circuit is labelled at the board.

Exposed-ceiling fit-outs leave every cable on show, so containment has to be straight, level and properly fixed. We run tray for power and data, fire alarm circuits in red fire-resistant cable on their own fixings, and supplies to air-con and extraction.

What commercial work do you take on?

Distribution boards and sub-mains, containment and cable tray, office and unit fit-outs, lighting upgrades, fire alarms, emergency lighting, EICRs and workplace EV charging. If it’s electrical and on a commercial site, ask us.

Are you qualified for commercial installations?

Yes. We hold the AM2 assessment, are NAPIT approved and BAFE registered for fire safety work, and have been trading for over 20 years.

Can you work out of hours?

Yes. We plan shutdowns around your trading hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, so your business keeps running.

Do you install workplace EV chargers?

Yes. We check whether your business qualifies for the OZEV Workplace Charging Scheme grant and handle the application as an approved installer.

Do you provide certificates and test reports?

Every installation comes with the correct certification, and we carry out commercial EICRs with a clear, prioritised report for your landlord, insurer or facilities team.
